Eagle Rock Properties of Plainview, New York purchased a 72-unit apartment building at 640 Worcester Road in Framingham for $24 million on Friday, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
Eagle Rock also owns the abutting property Eagle Rock Apartments at Framingham and the nearby developments Eagle Rock Apartments at MetroWest in Framingham and Park Village West in Westborough, according to the company’s website.
The property was last sold in 2002 for $8 million to Aimco Granada, L.L.C., of Denver, Colorado, which later changed its name to Air Granada, LLC.
The City of Framingham assesses the property at $11.1 million.
