A retail building with a Dunkin' and a Shell gas station on Lackey Dam Road in Uxbridge has sold for $1.85 million.
The small plaza, just off Route 146's Exit 4, was bought by Worcester-based Nouria, a convenience store operator and fuel retailer. It was sold by a limited liability corporation registered to Louis Desruisseaux of Uxbridge.
The sale closed May 29.
The 2-acre property, 30 Lackey Dam Road at the Douglas town line, was last assessed by the Town of Uxbridge at $728,700. It last sold in 1998 for $180,000.
Nouria has 135 locations across New England, including about 15 in Central Massachusetts.
Earlier this year, Nouria's president and CEO, Tony El-Nemr, sold the Worcester building where the company has its headquarters for $13 million. El-Nemr's other firm, Worcester Investment Group, bought the office building at 324 Clark St. in 2011 for $2 million.
Nouria has leased back the roughly one-third of the building it occupies
