She held positions at Brighton House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brighton, SALMON Health and Retirement in Natick, and Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Worcester. She serves on the board of the American College of Health Care Administrators, Massachusetts Chapter.

Notre Dame also announced on Tuesday that Virginia Lehr has been named as the healthcare facility’s director of sales and marketing. She comes to Notre Dame from Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Worcester, where she was the admissions and marketing liaison.
