More than 27,000-square-feet of office space in Northborough was sold Monday for nearly $300,000 more than what the space was sold for in September.
Units 21-28 at 104 Otis St. were sold to LT OTts, LLC, an entity based in Framingham, for $2,175,000, according to Framingham real estate agency New Dover Associates.
According to state business records, Brian Li is listed as the principal of LT Otis, LLC.
Li is listed in business records as the principal in at least three other property investment entities. In January, Li purchased an 8,000-square-foot building in Southborough for $1 million; that building houses several small businesses including Rove Pest Control.
The Northborough sale comes about eight months after it was sold to KJG Otis Street, LLC for $1,885,000. Kenneth Gasparoni, based in Southborough, is listed as the principal of KJG Otis Street LLC.
According to New Dover Associates, the space includes attractive office, warehouse and light manufacturing uses. Wire manufacturer Epic Polymer Solutions is one of the tenants.
