A Northborough office building has sold for $900,000 to Children’s Dentistry of Northborough.
The 3,200-square-foot office building at 137 W. Main St. has been the location of optometrist Richard Martino. The property includes one building of offices built in 1972 and a home built in 1945.
The property’s sale was handled by Eric Brosler, Principal of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate.
