Northborough office building sells for $4.7M

The office building at 44 Bearfoot Rd. in Northborough has a new owner after being sold for $4.7 million.
The deal officially closed today with Northborough’s newest Class A office building, built in 2001, being bought by Solomon Pond Crossroads LLC, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties. The 45,000-square-foot, three-story building with 6.51 acres was last sold in 1998 for $275,000, according to property records. Solomon Pond Crossroads was represented by Greater Boston Commercial Properties in the sale.
The sale follows the purchase of 50 Bearfoot Rd. by AllCare Plus Pharmacy Inc. in March. That property will house the business’ headquarters, which are being relocated from Worcester.
