MetroWest distribution company Bunker Floor Supply Inc. will be relocating from Northborough to Marlborough this summer.
Bunker has leased a 25,325-square-foot warehouse at 289 Elm St. in Marlborough. Co-owner Steve Sandler said the four-person company both keeps its own distribution space and manages a warehouse for a member-owned cooperative. He said the cooperative has run out of space at the current location, 35 Lyman St. in Northborough, and needs room to grow.
Joel Aho, vice president of O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc., represented the landlord, and Colliers International represented the tenant in the lease agreement.
