A 33,800-square-foot office building on Otis Street in Northborough was sold for $3.15 million to Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation in Buffalo, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.
Northborough manufacturer Epic Polymer Solutions is still located in the building at 104 Otis St, according to its website.
The building includes biotech and life sciences lab space, according to a listing on LoopNet.com.
The sale closed Aug. 18, according to the registry, and was brokered by Avison Young.
The property was sold by Downtown Framingham, Inc., a nonprofit aiming to promote economic opportunity and downtown revitalization in the region.
The property is valued by the Town of Northborough at just over $1.7 million and was last sold in 2018 for $2.75 million.
