Northboro Medical Center sells for nearly $2.6M

The Northboro Medical Center in Northborough
The Northboro Medical Center, a 17,000-square-foot medical office building on Route 20 in Northborough, has sold to new buyers in town for nearly $2.6 million.
The buyer is a limited liability corporation registered to Greg Giroux and Mathew Collette, both of Northborough. Two men sharing both names are executives at Giroux Electrical Contractors of Northborough. They bought the site from a firm registered to another Northborough pair, James Flanders and Anthony Abu. The sale closed Nov. 24.
The Northborough Medical Center, which sits on 2.2 acres at 112 Main St., last sold in 2004 for $2.4 million. It was last assessed by the Town of Northborough at $2.4 million.
