Kaz Borawski of Wilbraham has been hired by North Brookfield Savings Bank as its new senior vice president, CFO, and treasurer.
Before his role at North Brookfield Savings, Borawski served as CFO for Holyoke Credit Union, where he spent five years with the financial institution, according to a Monday announcement from North Brookfield Savings.
As CFO, Borawski will be responsible for planning and directing the Bank’s financial strategy while leading its accounting department.
“I am confident he will be instrumental in helping us reach new heights, by creating efficiencies and strategic collaboration throughout the Bank,” said Marco Bernasconi, president of North Brookfield Savings Bank, in a written statement.
Borawski is replacing John Thomasian, who served as North Brookfield Savings' CFO for a year before joining Webster First Federal Credit Union in Auburn as its new vice president of risk management.
