Westborough-based energy management company Noresco has expanded an existing energy savings contract with the Alabama Department of Corrections to include two new phases representing a $22.4-million investment.
The work will include heating, ventilation and air conditioning upgrades, new hot water systems, new roofs and lighting system improvements.
Noresco is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp., which is based in Hartford.
