Nonprofit Names Board Member

Kenneth Sanginario, a principal of Westborough-based NorthStar Management Partners, has been named to the board of directors at Solutions at Work, a Cambridge-based nonprofit that helps fight poverty and homelessness by promoting self-reliance.
Sanginario will chair a new committee to establish a corporate outreach program.
NorthStar specializes in corporate revitalization and insolvency financial planning.
