Nichols offers new leadership degree

Dudley's Nichols College is offering a new Master's program beginning in the fall.
Called the Master of Organizational Leadership, the program blends theory and application, and is intended to prepare students for leadership, development, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, global issues, innovation, change and ethical leadership in business, according to the school.
"The goal of the Master of Organizational Leadership program is to develop leaders who will be able to provide effective, ethical and innovative management," said Laurie Albert, dean of graduate and professional studies at Nichols.
The course is 36 credits and is intended to prepare students for leadership roles in for-profit, nonprofit and public organizations.
