Niche Hospitality will open its new location for the Fix Burger Bar in the former Northworks Bar & Grille space this June.
Construction is currently underway at the location at 106 Grove St. in Worcester, according to a representative for the restaurant group. Once completed, the Fix Burger Bar will move from its Shrewsbury Street location with an opening date scheduled for mid-June.
The new location will feature seating for over 200 with over 20 lines of beer on tap. The space will also contain three private dining spaces for private parties, functions and business meetings.
“We wanted to have a restaurant in which we could host the several private event requests that people and businesses have wanted to book with us in the past. This space allows us that opportunity,” President of Niche Hospitality Mike Covino said in a statement.
The space on Shrewsbury Street will be retained by the organization that has five locations in Central Massachusetts, however company officials would not confirm what the plans are for the location.
