A New Hampshire-based environmental engineering firm has leased nearly 5,000 square feet at Cedar Hill Place in Marlborough.
The firm, Comprehensive Environmental Inc., is based in Merrimack, N.H. and specializes in stormwater and wastewater engineering, according to New Dover Associates, a Framingham-based commercial real estate firm and Cedar Hill Place’s exclusive leasing agent.
Comprehensive leased 4,642 square feet and was represented in the transaction by O’Brien Commercial Properties of Berlin.
Cedar Hill Place is a three-story, 107,520-square-foot Class A office building at 225 Cedar Hill St. in Marlborough. The building includes a full-service café and a fitness center.
