A Worcester apartment building constructed by Worcester-based Gold Star Builders in 2023 has been sold for $2.74 million.
The building, located at 7-9 Richards St., was sold by Gold Star Builders in a deal finalized on Tuesday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.
The property was sold to Oakdale Avenue LLC, a Pittsfield-based entity managed by Zeyu Liu.
Gold Star bought the property for $60,000 in 2017, according to City of Worcester property records. The lot previously held a community garden space, according to Google Street View images dating back to 2007.
The building is a three-story, nine-unit structure built in 2023. The property was given a tax assessment value of $1.18 million in 2024, according to City of Worcester property records.
