Westborough-based digital software company ClearStory Systems has been bought by New York-based online video company the FeedRoom.
ClearStory software manages digital marketing, graphics, documents and multimedia projects. FeedRoom software is used by businesses and government agencies to create and manage online video for marketing campaigns and communications.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
