Judith Flemming, a Worcester resident and director of human resources and special projects at Easter Seals Massachusetts, has been elected to the board of the Employers Association of the NorthEast.
Flemming is also an adjunct faculty member at Assumption College and a past vice president of corporate human resources for Allmerica Financial.
