Evergreen Solar Inc. of Marlborough has hired Scott Gish as vice president of sales and marketing.
Before moving to Evergreen, Gish was vice president of global sales and business development at Photronics Inc. in Brookfield, Conn. He has also held senior sales and marketing positions at Veeco Instruments, Axcelis Technologies and Schlumberger Technologies.
In his new position, Gish will report to President and CEO Richard M. Feldt.
