New Tenant At Marlborough Office Building
Massachusetts Library Services, which serves 1,700 libraries in Massachusetts, is the newest tenant at Cedar Hill Place, a three-story office building in Marlborough.
MLS is leasing 3,435 square feet of space on the second floor of the building, which is located at 225 Cedar Hill St., according to leasing agent New Dover Associates Inc., which represented landlord CIL Cedar LLC in the deal.
CIL Cedar also renewed leases in the building with Astec America Inc., an affiliate of Emerson Network Power, and Latrobe Specialty Steel Co. Those two tenants renewed leases for 9,349 square feet and 4,734 square feet, respectively.
The 107,520-square-foot building has 18 tenants and is 91 percent leased, New Dover said.
