New Special Needs Attorney At FTW
Kopley
Elise S. Kopley has joined the special needs planning practice group at Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple PC as an associate.
Kopley concentrates on special needs planning, including guardianship, advocacy and estate planning. She will work out of the firm's Worcester and Framingham offices.
Kopley previously served as assistant general counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation.
She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and holds a certificate of international and comparative human rights form the National university of Ireland and a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
