New Shopping Center Planned For Webster
Galaxy Development LLC of Auburn plans to build a 75,000-square-foot shopping center in Webster at the site of Cranston Print Works Co., according to Kelleher and Sadowsky Associates Inc., which helped broker a deal for the site.
Galaxy purchased the land, at the intersection of routes 12 and 16, for $2.75 million.
Matthew Mayrand and William D. Kelleher IV of Kelleher and Sadowsky represented Galaxy in the transaction.
Cranston Print Works will keep a portion of the property including a warehouse building, which Grubb & Ellis Co. is marketing.
