Fallon Community Health Plan has appointed long-time employee Linda M. Aiello as director of member appeals and grievances.
Aiello has worked for FCHP since 1983, and most recently was senior manager of member relations. In her new role she will oversee all customer satisfaction, complaint resolution and regulatory areas.
Aiello is a graduate of Becker College. She is originally from Worcester and now lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
