Franklin Street Fare, a new restaurant on the edge of Worcester Common in the city’s Grid District development, will open Monday.
The eatery will have a range of casual fare, from tacos and burritos to gyros and falafels. Beignets and churros are among the dessert options.
Franklin Street Fare will open at a challenging time for the restaurant industry amid the coronavirus pandemic, replacing Stix Noodle Bar, which closed last summer. Franklin Street Fare will open next to the Grid District’s Beer Garden, and add to the development’s other eateries, which include Brew on the Grid, Revolution Pie + Pint and Craft Table & Bar.
Franklin Street Fare, at 72 Franklin St., is planning to open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
