After 24 years in various positions at Training Resources of America Inc. in Worcester, Kim Harmon has been promoted to president.
Before the promotion, Harmon serviced as vice president of operations and compliance. She has also worked as field supervisor for the nonprofit’s supported work program, branch manager at the former Haverhill office, regional resource manager, Worcester training site manager and operations compliance director.
Harmon lives in Shrewsbury.
