New organic restaurant opens in Landing at Hudson Mills

The restaurant Good Earth Holistic Kitchen has signed a five-year lease for 2,240 square feet at The Landing at Hudson Mills development, according to a May 7 announcement from property owner Manzo Freeman Development of Burlington.

Good Earth officially opened at The Landing on April 12 and features organic and locally sourced food in a quick-serve style. The Hudson restaurant is the only facility for owners Rose Santos and Marcia Ouilette.

"The Landing tenants and Hudson community are thrilled to have the healthy and delicious cuisine served by Good Earth Holistic Kitchen in the MetroWest area," said Alex Freeman, managing partner at Manzo Freeman Development. "We view Good Earth as a pioneer bringing truly organic and locally sourced food into the suburban community."

Middlesex Savings Bank of Natick provided the financing for the project, in which Manzon reconstructed the interior of the Good Earth suite.
