New Jersey Company Signs Marlborough Lease

A New Jersey-based military and government contractor recently signed a lease for office and light assembly space in Marlborough.

According to O’Brien Commercial Properties, the firm representing property owner 28 Lord Road Trust, U.S. Technologies (UST) has leased 4,770 square feet of space.

UST offers testing, repair and engineering capabilities for the electronic components industry.
