New HR Hire For Seven Hills

The Seven Hills Foundation recently announced the appointment of Darlene LaBaire-Duguay of West Boylston as senior human resources generalist for the foundation and its clinical affiliates.
LaBaire-Duguay has more than 10 years of experience in HR.
Before joining Seven Hills, she worked for UNFI in Dayville, Conn., and Consolidated Container in Franklin, where she held the position of human resources manager.
She will be responsible for the management of Seven Hills Foundation's worker's compensation program, unemployment compensation and related matters.
She will also provide oversight and support in employee relations, complaint investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters and compliance.
