Two lawyers – Roger Zimmerman and Jared Otte – have joined the Worcester-based law firm of Bowditch & Dewey.
Zimmerman joins the firm as of counsel in the intellectual property practice area.
He has experience in intellectual property, including client counseling, licensing agreements and patent applications in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, materials, chemistry and medical devices.
Prior to practicing law, Zimmerman was a faculty member at Rush Medical College and at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
He is a resident of Stow.
Otte joins the firm as an associate in the real estate practice area. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Elon University and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.
Otte is a resident of Hopkinton.
