Holliston-based industry association New England Water Works Association has elected David B. Paris as president for 2010-2011.
Paris is the water supply administrator in Manchester, N.H. He is also involved in various local, regional and national professional groups. He also serves on the international American Water Works Association’s water utility council and the water sector coordinating council of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
