New Director At Virtusa
Westborough IT company Virtusa Corp. has added William K. O'Brien to its board of directors.
O'Brien is an independent director and serves on the board's audit committee.
O'Brien was chairman and CEO of Andover-based computer network company Enterasys Networks from 2002 until 2006. Before that, he worked for 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He also serves on the boards of directors of Camp Dresser & McKee and Mercury Computer Systems Inc. He is a graduate of Bentley College.
