Boston Scientific Corp. of Natick is launching a new coronary imaging catheter designed to help doctors get a better look inside the heart and coronary arteries.
The company said the iCross Catheter will be available immediately in the U.S. It is designed to help doctors use the company’s intravascular ultrasound product, the iLab Ultrasound Imaging System.
Boston Scientific said the new product should help with the treatment of patients with complex coronary artery disease.
