New CFO For RCAP
RCAP Solutions, a nonprofit based in Gardner, has hired Ben N. El-Qasem as CFO.
El-Qasem has 23 years of experience in finance and administration. Most recently, he served as executive director of finance and administration for staffing company Adams & Associates. He held several positions for JOb Corps since 1995.
El-Qasem also served as treasurer of the Maryland Association of Psychiatric Support Services for three years.
He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and English from Western Maryland College and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
