Fidelity Bank of Leominster has hired Raj Mehra as executive vice president and CFO.
Mehra will oversee asset-liability management, investments, risk management, finance and accounting.
Mehra has worked as CFO at a Maryland bank, as a national director of a large New York accounting firm and as a fixed income strategist for New York investment banks. He has a BS in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi and an MBA and MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
