Athol tool manufacturer L.S. Starrett has named Francis J. O’Brien as treasurer and CFO.
O’Brien previously served as CFO at Delta Education LLC and at StockerYale Corp. He has also held management positions at Analogic Corp., Addison Wesley and Coopers & Lybrand.
O’Brien has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Suffolk University. He is also a certified public accountant.
