Hubert Max Köbach is the new CEO of Worcester-based Morgan Construction Co. and will head Siemens VAI Metals Technologies Long Rolling Business, also based in Worcester.
Köbach formerly served at the COO for Siemens VAI Metal Technologies. He’s replacing Philip R. Morgan, who served as CEO of Morgan Construction for 23 years. Morgan will remain with the company as a consultant.
Siemens, the German construction, transportation and technology company, acquired Morgan Construction in April 2008.
