Westborough data center company Akibia Inc. has promoted Thomas Tucker to CEO.
Tucker previously served as president and CFO for the company. Former CEO and company founder Thomas Willson will become executive chairman of the company’s board.
Tucker joined Akibia as CFO in 1990 and became president in 2002.
Founded in 1988, Akibia offers services to help companies run data centers, design and manage security infrastructure and comply with regulations.
