Fallon Community Health Plan of Worcester has hired Patricia M. Zinkus as director of case management.
Zinkus previously worked as director of revenue operations at Public Sector Partners Inc., a consulting organization operated by the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. In that role, Zinkus oversaw Medicare and Medicaid programs and outreach and educational services. Before that, she oversaw care coordination at United Health Care for 18 years.
In her new position, Zinkus will direct case management programs for FCHP's commercial and Medicare Advantage plans. She will also measure the insurer's clinical and financial outcomes and help guide its strategy and policies.
Zinkus is a graduate of the Saint Vincent Hospital School of Nursing and is a certified case manager. She is also a corporator and volunteer for Children's Friend Inc. in Worcester.
She lives in Worcester.
