Boston Scientific Corp. of Natick has launched a new balloon catheter for peripheral angioplasty procedures below the knee.
The company says the product, which it has named the Coyote Balloon Catheter, has an “ultra-low profile” and extended balloon length that make it suited to work on patients’ legs.
The Coyote is one in a series of new balloon catheters launched by the company.
