Senate Construction Corp. of Shirley has named John F. Dion director of business development.
In his new position, Dion will develop construction projects for institutions, colleges, private schools and health care clients in New England.
Dion has worked in the construction industry for 29 years, including time at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and at his own construction company. He has focused on the commercial construction market for the past decade.
Dion lives in Melrose with his wife Maureen and two of his three sons.
