Hometown Bank of Oxford, Webster and Sturbridge has named longtime employee Karen Yancik assistant vice president/compliance and risk management officer.
Yancik has worked for the bank for 23 years, starting as a teller and later as an internal auditor. In her new position, she is responsible for making sure the bank complies with government and industry regulations and risk assessment.
Yancik has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nicholas College in Dudley. She lives in Dudley with her husband and twin sons.
