The Training Associates of Westborough has hired Mike Simard as director of trainer services.
Simard has worked in sales and management for more than 20 years, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing for a training organization working with the U.S. military. He has also held upper management positions at The Travelers Cos. and Computer Sciences Corp.
Simard has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He lives in Westfield.
