Anytime Fitness, a national chain of gyms, plans to open a second Worcester location at 71 Pullman St., after the building was sold to a new owner.
The 10,000-square-foot building, which is already home to a NAPA Auto Parts store, was sold to 71 Pullman St. LLC of Leominster for $1.35 million.
Glickman Kovago and Co. represented both the buyer and seller, Pullman Street LLC, of Worcester.
Anytime Fitness already has a location on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, as well as several others in Central Massachusetts.
