Southborough-based ikaSystems, providers of web-based technology for the healthcare industry, announced three new partners today.
Stephen F. Wiggins and W. Robert Dahl will join the company’s board of directors, while Andrew M. Paul will join the company as a partner, said Ravi Ika, president and CEO of ikaSystems.
Wiggins was previously chairman and CEO of Oxford Health Plan. Dahl ran the global healthcare investment activities of the Carlyle group, while Paul has 23 years of private equity and venture capital investing experience.
