Netezza Corp. of Framingham reported fiscal year 2008 net income of $1.9 million compared to a $7.9 million loss the previous year.
Fourth quarter earnings were also up, and came in at $3.4 million compared to a $457,000 loss for the same period a year earlier.
The company said the earnings improvements were driven by a 48 percent revenue increase in the fourth quarter, which saw revenue hit $39.5 million compared to $26.6 million a year earlier.
Revenue for the year was $126.6 million compared to $79.6 million in fiscal year 2007.
