Marlborough-based Netezza Corp. has acquired data center auditing and security firm Tizor Systems.
The acquisition allows Netezza to offer its customers the ability to track, store and do forensic analysis on years’ worth of data in order to meet regulatory requirements, the company said.
Maynard-based Tizor will operate as a subsidiary of Netezza, a data warehouse and analytics firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
