A former manufacturing building in Holliston has sold for $1.15 million, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., which completed the deal.
The 38,161-square-foot building at 123 Washington St. is a former manufacturing facility with three tenants occupying approximately one-fifth of the building and the balance available for lease. Bret O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers of record representing the seller and directly procuring the buyer, Peter Jin. The acquisition was a cash transaction with no financing.
The building, on Route 16 north of the town center, was last assessed by the town at just under $1.6 million. It was last sold in 2009 for $730,000, according to town records.
