Nature’s Remedy acquired by Florida firm for $110M

Nature's Remedy in Millbury
Jushi Holdings Inc., of Florida, has reached an agreement to purchase Nature’s Remedy of Massachusetts, Inc. for $110 million, according to a Monday announcement.
The acquisition will make Massachusetts the seventh state Jushi operates in, according to a press release.
Nature’s Remedy operates a dispensary in Millbury, as well as a dispensary in Tyngsborough. The company also operates a 50,000 square-foot cultivation and production facility in Lakeville, with approximately 19,000 square feet of indoor flower canopy.
The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2021.
