The Natick branch of Tennessee wheelchair manufacturer National Seating and Mobility will move to 12 Southville Road in Southborough, following the lease of 15,000 square feet of flex space.
The deal was announced by SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, based in Framingham, who served as the leasing agent. The group announced in a press release the relocation for the maker of rehabilitation seating, mobility, and positioning systems would significantly increase its square footage in order to accommodate their rapid growth and expansion.
Officials from National Seating and Mobility declined to comment about the new location. The firm has branches throughout the United States, including in Franklin, Woburn and Chicopee.
Garrett Quinn, senior advisor at SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, and Advisor Marilyn Santiago represented the landlord, 12 Southville Realty LLC, while Analisa Bellamy and Rachel Marks of CBRE represented NSM.
The landlord, 12 Southville Realty LLC, is registered to Dana Arsenault and Aideen Doneski of Southborough, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of State.
