Natick office building sold for $2.7 million
A two-story office building on the westbound side of Route 9 in Natick has been sold for $2.7 million and will house the new headquarters of a staffing firm currently based in Framingham, according to a brokerage firm involved in the deal.
The building at 679 Worcester Rd., located across the highway from MathWorks, contains 13,000 square feet of office space, according to a statement from R.W. Holmes Realty, which represented the seller, 679 Worcester Road Trust.
The Framingham-based staffing firm TalentBurst, which has operations in four countries, plans to move its headquarters, with about 25 employees, to the first floor while retaining the second-floor tenant, Venture Development Corp.
The buyer of the building is Boston India Realty LLC, according to the statement from R.W. Holmes.
